Sport and wellness has a new name: Maritim Hotel Galatzó on Mallorca. Just in time for the summer season, the 1,400 square metre “Vitamar“ Medical Wellness centre has opened its doors in the legendary sports hotel near Paguera. Extending over three floors, the “Vitamar“ boasts a heated indoor pool, saunas, whirlpool, fitness studio and six treatment rooms where, in addition to customary massages and beauty treatments, an extensive range of physiotherapy treatment is offered.

In November 2007, the legendary Sport-hotel Galatzó on Mallorca re-opened under the Maritim banner. The hotel lies on an idyllic hill overlooking the Costa de la Calma on the west coast between Santa Ponsa and Paguera and is surrounded by a picturesque mountainous landscape. The hotel offers more than 169 comfortably furnished rooms and suites. Culinary delights can be found in the main restaurant ‘Mediterraneo’, in the à-la-carte restaurant ’Vista de Rey’ and in one of the three bars.
